I was thinking about this quote today and how it used to make so much sense. But, then I thought, yes we do have one mouth and two ears, so if eveyone is spending their time listening with their two ears, who are they listening to?

On Rachael Ray today, Ryan Reynolds was on for his recap of running on Team Fox for Parkinson’s research. I physically cried when Michael J Fox came out to surprise Rach. It breaks my heart to see him sit there and have the inability to sit still.

I have found some interesting information regarding the religious aspects of the Ban on Same-Sex Marriage. Because I am PRO same-sex marriage and AGAINST bigots or ‘bible-thumpers’, I feel the need to say something.
Some things the Bible demands Christians to follow, are listed below.
DEUTERONOMY 22:13-21
If it is discovered that a bride is not a virgin, the Bible demands that she be executed by stoning immediately.MARK 10:1-12
Divorce is strictly forbidden in both Testaments, as is remarriage of anyone who has been divorced.MARK 12:18-27
If a man dies childless, his widow is ordered by biblical law to have intercourse with each of his brothers in turn until she bears her deceased husband a male heir.
I don’t see Christians pledging these beliefs. How dare you blame a religion or the Bible for your own select predjudices!
I found one website that addresses labels such as ‘hate’ and ‘bigot’ in terms of how they [Christians] view homosexuality, it was interesting.
I wish they [people who are pro-gay] would stop equating our [Christians] decision to leave homosexuality with “hatred” and “bigotry” against gays and lesbians.
We don’t hate gays; we simply desire to live free of homosexuality. Don’t put nasty labels upon our motives. That’s being judgmental and unfair.
