Yep, that’s what I’ve been doing all weekend. I made a skinny scarf and am making a fat scarf now. I’m trying to get a good rythym going in my knitting then I will again attempt the Knit Lace pattern I want to use to make some gifts for this years Christmas. I have to work on some issues with it though LOL – I can’tseem to get certain stitches of it right.
I enjoy knitting. Though, I messed up while cutting apples for our apple pie and sliced my thumb open.
It doesn’t hurt so much now – but that’s not to say that it won’t start hurting while knitting.
Well, I have some apple pie to eat
So, my neighbor’s animals are the most ridiculous animals I think I have ever seen.
Evhee is a mutt puppy. She’s part Pit Bull and some other stuff – she’s absolutely huge 92 lbs – on all fours almost as tall as my hips.
Ringo is a tuxedo cat. He’s very talkative and demands attention.
Snatch (yes you read that correctly) is a long hair gray cat, she’s tiny though. Maybe 2-5 lbs. Mostly hair. She has become talkative thanks to Ringo.
So, I was talking to Hubby yesterday after letting the animals out for the day, and couldn’t believe the complexes that these cats have developed. Evhee, where to begin, loves my feet. I don’t know why, she always wants to sniff my shoes, chew on my socks with my feet still in them, or if I’m wearing flip flops drool on them as much as puppily possible. She does not stop wagging her tail when I’m around unless her people are around, then she eventually is made to calm down. Ringo, as I mentioned before, is extremetly talkative, he sounds so pathetic really. I think Snatches biggest problem is that her name is Snatch.
This morning Evhee was rambunctious and would not leave me alone, and stop wagging her tail. Snatch came out right away from her hiding spot and let me pet her for a few minutes before chowing down and letting herself outside. Ringo gave me a fright this morning as I couldn’t find him anywhere. Not at the top of the stairs, not in the living room, kitchen, dining room or on top of the pool table, or in his cat condo. I found him on top of the dryer. The washer and dryer are stackable, so he had quite the hiding spot picked out. I think he did this hoping I wouldn’t find him and kick him outside for the day. TURD! I had to pick him up and and push him outside, the tried to wriggle free, but I pushed his furry butt out the door. By the time I was ready to leave after locking up the back, Snatch was ready to come in and I wouldn’t let her. I tried to pet her in the driveway, and she refused to like it.
They all have their own complexes.
There is nothing I don’t love about this movie. I wish I actually owned it— LOL. I borrow it from a friend when I can.
Right now TomTom is watching it with me. Some people say that cats who watch tv are stupid, but I feel just the opposite. Our cat watch tv with us all the time. He seems smart enough.
So I started adding tags to my blog entries as of late, and my analytics have lit up!
Yesterday alone, people found my blog by searching: phone, eviosprincess, arbonne, pictures, storage, sticky, and garage. Arbonne was searched 6 times, and phone 2 times. Also, Dorito Addiction and Point Defiance Zoo Lights came up as searchables as well.
I had a new visitor from Michigan, and one from Washington. A number of repeat visitation from Florida and Seattle. Also a new visit from London.

Your repaired console has been shipped and is on its way back to you
Since I enjoy tracking things, because I am really that anal about know where certain things are in a process, I have decided to share with everyone the status also. Also because the request was made under my account and Hubby doesn’t have direct access to it. I will continue updating this post – that way I don’t have to keep inserting the pictures
[[**EDIT Jan 28th**]] — So, Hubby got an email today asking us to call to verify some information on our account. Apparently they were unable to deliver an empty box and a shipping label to our house. Odd one of us is almost always home. Anyway, It’s going to be an additional 3-5 days, IF it even gets to us. They refused to overnight the box – UGH! I’m not a patient person when I do everything right to get something fixed, that’s promised to be fixed, and it doesn’t work correctly. My address is correct. No I’ve never had issues receiving packages from UPS. SHIP ANOTHER DANGED BOX ALREADY!
[[**EDIT Jan 28th**]] — I also grayed the box that says they shipped the label already – just because I’m angry.
[[**EDIT Jan 29th**]] — Okay! So, apparently after Hubby called last night, they switched our request from then sending the label and box to us, to us printing the label and packaging the console ourselves. UGH! So I called 1-800-4MyXbox about 6 times trying to hit a good key combination to get a hold of a living person and finally got a hold of someone. She cancelled the first request and issued a new one for them to mail the box to us and providing us with the label. Just our luck we’ll have two boxes now showing up for us to sign for. LOL PS >> I changed the picture above to show the package and label have now been shipped to us…. Hopefully I will only have to ‘activate’ the other icons and not deactivate them. **Crosses fingers**
[[**EDIT Feb 5th**]]— I’ve lost all faith in Microsoft… still waiting for a box… I get so excited when I see a UPS truck – but it never actually comes to our house – worthless!
[[**EDIT Feb 7th**]]– Back to Square 1 – again - UGH! If I didn’t have such a head ache I’d chug some effing RUM!
[[**EDIT Feb 12th**]]– I never thought this day would come! We have packaged the xbox, taken it to the UPS Store, and sent it out! The box is now ‘active’ – which means it’s been registered on their end – like it’s going to arrive to them! YAY! —–PS: I hate you Microsoft :-/
[[**EDIT Feb 19th**]]–YAY! They’ve received the XBox and apparently have begun working on it. Thank God! I want my baby to come home! I do find the daily posts to be a wonderful source of ammusement – and will miss the randomness that it brings, but I will be more happy that my baby is home.
[[** EDIT Feb 20th**]]– On its way back!? Already?! **HAPPY DANCE NOW**
So, I got a ‘letter’ in the mail today asking me to send $1.00 to 6 people I’ve never heard of before in states I’ve never been to. Some stupid story on Oprah and 20/20 or allegedily on Oprah and 20/20 is (re)sweeping our nation via letters.
Mine came from “Cheryl M. Nix” of 5007 Ridgelane Dr. Fort Wayne, Indiana, 46804. Though looking this person up through Whitepages.com, the address listed for one “Cheryl M. Nix” is 4611 Live Oak Blvd,Fort Wayne, IN 46804. The phone number for this person is (260) 436-4352.
There are a number of other pople listed in the letter to send money to.
-
- Sharon Midina – 13 Isabelle Rd, Barre, VT 05641 (802-476-8466- via whitepages.com)
- SherryBarton – 3306 Steeple Wood Tr., Arlington, TX, 76016 (817-451-0194 – via whitepages.com)
- Barb Theilig – 218 Jody Dr., St Peters, MO 6376 (636-278-4817 – via whitepages.com)
- Richard Nichol – 2254 S. Barcliffe Ave., Springfield MO, 65804 (417-885-8001 – via whitepages.com)
- Richard Laflamme – 12285 S, Caballo Ter., Mayer, AZ, 86333 (no phone number at this listing)
- Cheryl Nix – 5007 Ridgelane Dr., Ft Wayne, IN, 46804 (no phone number at this listing *see above*)
So, not only am I a bit frustrated with the whole scam, I am even more pissed off that these idiots got my home address. I mean how scary. In reading the letter it says to go to “Datalineone.com”. You can order random lists of addresses. $45 for 200 addresses. How is that at all legal? I’m so pissed!
I looked up the scam online and found:
Has anybody ever heard of this story about a 15 year old making 71,000
Posted on Nov 25, 2007 8:37 PM
I was reading through some of the internet postings on some of the msg boards and I came across one that caught my attention. The story indicated that this 15 year made 71,000 through a mail piece. It then begin to go on to say that it was on the Oprah show and also proven that the system works with oprah’s team and ABC’s investigation team. I was just curious I watch Oprah alot and I ‘haven’t heard of such fortune. Did I miss something ? If there is anyone out there please respond to give back some feedback. Curious minds would like to know. There is so much trash out there but this one got my attention. This is suppose to be a mail piece that works through email and or regualar mind with a email or mailed letter requesting a $1.00 – Who comes up with these things? Thanks Missed a show Oprah Viewer Happy Holidays to everyone

HI, there are many scams on the web that claim to be from The Oprah Show but are not. If it’s not on Oprah.com, it isn’t legitimate. Here is some information from a recent show that Oprah did on scams:

Yes, there was a 15 yr old from NJ who did that and he made more than that….BUT the SEC got most of the money back because it was done illegally. It was back in the late 90’s when the internet was starting to come into its own.
I find it amusing that the kid ‘featured’ on Oprah and 20/20 was arrested – and probably only featured on Oprah and 20/20 after his arrest. After searching on Oprah.com for such a scam or anything relating to this issue, I wasn’t able to find much.
So no, silly stupid scammer bastards, I will not be sending the 6 of you money, but what I will do is exploit your address and phone numbers for people to see. and anyone who wants a copy of your bogus letter, Iw ill email it in the form of .pdf so they know what to look for.

My friend Danie is a mother of four; two teens and two toddlers. She’s newly a Mary Kay consultant, and since I like Mary Kay products myself, I’ve linked to her Mary Kay page in my sidebar. I highly recommend checking it out!
Ok maybe a little…. Itouch that is. I thoroughly enjoy blogging in the palm of my hand. I think we might need to switch to iPhones next year when our verizon contracts are up. Though this does make us ponder if it is worth staying with verizon and just buying some lg dares. Only issue is we don’t want to pay for mobile Internet when iPhones pick up wifi.
We will just have to wait a year and see.
To you, they’re ordinary numbers, to Hubby and me, their a severe terminanation of a vital life line. Our beloved XBox 360 is sick. A few days ago Hubby was playing Lego Star Wars TCS, and the image on the xbox went crazy. We shut it off and turned it back on, it was ok. Hubby continued playing and it errored again. Same level as the first time even.
We then played Live with Hubby’s Brother on Gears of War 2, no issues, not even a hiccup. The next day it errored on Hubby again, this time after we shut it off the controller wouldn’t restart the xbox, we had to manually turn it on, and got an error screen E74 Contact Microsoft “xbox.com/support”.
OH SHIT!
We turned the console back off and waited a while. During this time Hubby and I were frantically searching online for a possible home remedy. Some suggested turning it off and unplugging everthing for a while and replugging it in and it should work. And it did. This happened a few times, and it always functioned again. Always on Hubby’s account, always during Lego Star Wars.
Today however, during a completely different level, on my account, I got the blue messed up screen of sickness.
We turned on the console but all we got was the error message. We unplugged it for a while, all we got was the error message, we finally registered the xbox and requested a repair. Luckily, our warrenty is until March so it shouln’t cost us anything. **Crosses fingers**
Since we have Gamefly (like Netflix of video games), I removed all of our queued xbox 360 games and added Lego Indiana Jones for the Wii (I already beat it on the xbox lol). Doesn’t make sense to have a game shipped to us for a cons0le that is in being repaired.
I hope our xbox is repaired and sent home as soon as possible. It will be sad and boring with out it.
Well I am sure the potoatoes are ready to be mashed for dinner – which reminds me I need to get the menu online – still trying to look into calendar widgets so that I don’t have to waste space with sticky posts. Any suggestions?
Working on a new dinner schedule – stay tuned
